ACCOMMODATIONS:
Sleeps 6 in 3 cabins plus 1 in skipper?s cabin.. 1 forward double VIP cabin, with hanging lockers. head and showers and vacuum driven toilet,
1 side double cabin with hanging lockers and 1 Master large cabin (side to side) with head and shower and vacuum driven toilet, equipped with CD player and LCD Tv.
1 separate head and toilette next to the saloon.
1 Skipper?s aft cabin with head, shower and vacuum driven toilet and separate entrance.
Saloon has large dinette w/seating for 6-8 persons with stowage areas in cabinets and under seats. Very open saloon w/good ventilation and natural light.
Saloon and cabins are air conditioned with central air condition unit placed in the engine room.
GALLEY:
Amidships, next to the dinning table on Starboard side. 4 burner el. Stove. Oven combined with microwave. One large fridge with freezer 24 V DC and 220
V AC. Double sink w/ hot & cold mixing tap. Ample stowage, undercounted trashes bin. Easy access to dinette, very open, spacious, lots of natural light.

3 X 24 V DC Bilge pumps with automatic level switches.

DECK / HULL:
Solid fibreglass hull, fibreglass decks, teak wood in aft cockpit deck and swimming platform. Very lean design for easy movement on deck and passages,

MISCELLANEOUS:
Yacht is out-hauled end of April 2006 for antifouling painting and exchanging of zinc anodes
Yacht has been very well maintained with regular and preventive maintenance on a regular schedule.
