ACCOMMODATIONS: Sleeps 8 in 4 cabins plus 2 in saloon. 1 forward double cabin, 1 side cabin with 2 berths, 2 identical aft double. Saloon has large dinette w/ seating for 8 persons. Ample stowage areas in cabinets and under seats. Very open saloon w/ good ventilation and natural light. There are 2 toilettes on the yacht.

GALLEY: Amidships, running fore and aft on port side. 2 burner propane stove w/ oven and gas valve. Top loading 12-Volt DC refrigerator. Double stainless steel sink w/ hot & cold mixing tap. Two-foot pumps (fresh water and seawater). Ample stowage, undercounted trashes bin. Easy access to dinette, very open, spacious, lots of natural light.

SAILS / RIGGING: Keel stepped aluminum spar w/ stainless steel wire rigging; mechanical boom vang; main traveler track on coachroof; furling main sail (ELWSTROM regularly serviced), and furling jib w/ UV cover. All standing and running rigging is in very good condition.

DECK / HULL: Solid fibreglass hull, balsa cored fiberglass decks, sleek cabinroof design w/ excellent non-skid. Very clean design for easy movement on deck. 4 self-tailing Lewmar winches, D-ring tiedowns, 10 large deck cleats, ss bow pulpit stanchions and stern rails, granny rails at mast, durade vents, large cockpit w/ teak seats and double helm stations. Easy door access to swim platform.

MISCELLANEOUS: Yacht has been very well maintained with regular and preventive maintenance on regular basis. She possesses excellent sailing characteristics and is a blue water cruiser capable of 200+ miles in a 24 hour period. Complete electronic equipment has been installed in march 2003. Engine annually serviced April 2006. Hull treatment, antifouling, zinc anodes last done in March 2006.
